Project Overview
Adams Vegetable Oil required a specialized industrial facility capable of receiving, storing, and distributing large volumes of vegetable oil while maintaining safe and efficient operations. Through a design-build approach, our team delivered a highly customized storage and transfer facility capable of holding approximately 1.2 million gallons of product.
The project included large-scale storage infrastructure, unloading systems, process piping, material handling equipment, and integrated controls designed to support continuous industrial operations. Every aspect of the facility was engineered to maximize reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Today, the facility serves as a critical component within the client's supply chain and processing operations.
Challenge
Construction occurred within an active industrial environment operating 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Careful planning and coordination were required to maintain uninterrupted operations while safely integrating new infrastructure. Regulatory approvals, operational constraints, and process integration added significant complexity throughout the project.
