Adams Pearling Project
Project Overview
The Adams Pearling Project modernized and automated a critical component of the client's food production process. Working closely with ownership and engineering partners, our team helped design and construct a material handling system capable of automatically directing finished cornmeal products into designated transport vehicles based on customer specifications.
The project improved operational efficiency, reduced manual handling requirements, increased accuracy, and enhanced overall production throughput. Specialized structural systems and process equipment were integrated into an active production environment with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
The completed system supports a highly refined food-grade manufacturing process while providing scalability for future production needs.
